Petition for Kaharagian Nationality

This form constitutes a formal petition for Kaharagian nationality to His Royal Highness, The Prince. In accordance with Royal Decree No. 5/2011 and Royal Decree No. 7/2022, nationality is reserved for individuals who are either born to or adopted by a Kaharagian parent, or who are granted citizenship at the discretion of the Sovereign Prince.

The purpose of this petition is to introduce yourself and to demonstrate how your character, values, and potential contributions align with the interests of the Principality. Should the Office of Naturalisation deem your application suitable, it will be forwarded with recommendation to His Royal Highness for consideration.

Petitioners are expected to possess a sound understanding of the Principality of Kaharagia, including its mission, values, and objectives. Successful applicants are those who exhibit qualities deemed to be of benefit to the nation and its people.

As established in Royal Decree No. 7/2022, all petitioners must be at least 16 years of age. Please note that the acquisition of Kaharagian nationality does not confer any right to residence.

Because of His Royal Highness’s generosity, there is no fee for the petition or for the issuance of the initial Certificate of Nationality.
