In most cases, an interview may be required before an appointment is made. This may take one of several forms, including:
- A written or recorded response to structured questions
- A live video interview via a conferencing platform
- An in-person discussion where practical
- A direct conversation with your prospective reporting officer—or in some instances, with the Sovereign himself
These interviews are intended to ensure mutual understanding of expectations, clarify the nature of the role, and uphold the standards of discretion, commitment, and dignity that define public service in Kaharagia.
